barbeque night

Grilled vegetables and mushrooms with korean barbeque sauce, lemon juice and cilantro and roasted sweet potatos . . . yum!

I contemplated on making lemon meringue pie for dessert but my laziness got the best of me. So instead of the pie I am feasting on gross quantities of chocolate truffles. The best part is that it melted a bit (it has been very warm the last couple of days) and I'm eating all this gooey goodness with a spoon. This is like licking chocolate sauce off a bowl without having to bake anything!
